Refund policy

At Moonbliss Lifestyle Private Limited, we strive to deliver not just high-quality products, but also an exceptional shopping experience and reliable customer service.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible orders within 30 days from the date of shipment. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

● Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. 
● Once the 24-hour window has passed, the order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Eligible Products for Return

● Products must be unopened, unused, and in returnable condition. 
● The return must include the order number, original receipt, or email confirmation. 
● Items must be returned in their original packaging with all safety seals intact. 
● A return request must be initiated within 30 days of shipment. 
● Once a return is authorized, items must be sent back within 14 business days of 
receiving authorization. 
● Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged for return. 
Damaged items during shipping may be rejected upon inspection. 

To initiate a return, please email us at return@mymoonbliss.com. Once accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. 

Refunds 

● After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email. 
● Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. 
● Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund process to be completed.
