Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

India: We currently ship across most serviceable PIN codes in India. [If applicable, list excluded regions].

2. Order Processing Times

In-stock orders: Typically 1–2 business days to process before dispatch.

Pre-orders: Estimated dispatch window will be shown at checkout and email. Timelines may shift due to regulatory approvals, production, or logistics.

3. Delivery Timelines (Indicative)

  • Karnataka (Bengaluru city): 1–3 business days from dispatch.
  • Metro cities (Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune/Kolkata): 2–5 business days.
  • Rest of India & remote PINs: 3–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates; actual times depend on carrier network, festivals/holidays, strikes, extreme weather, or force majeure.

4. Shipping Fees

Otherwise, fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

5. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS/WhatsApp when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after pickup.

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

Carriers usually attempt delivery 1–3 times. If undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unresponsive contact number, the package may return to origin (RTO).

On RTO, we can reship (additional shipping fee may apply) or refund minus shipping (for prepaid orders), subject to product condition.

7. Damages, Leaks, or Wrong Items

Please inspect the package at delivery. If you receive damaged/leaking products or the wrong items:

  • Take clear photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging, labels, and the issue;
  • Email support@mymoonbliss.com (or enquiry@mymoonbliss.com) within 48 hours of delivery with your order number;
  • Keep all packaging until we complete the investigation.

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Non-Returnable Items (Food & Beverage)

For safety and hygiene, sealed beverage products are non-returnable once delivered unless damaged/defective/incorrect on arrival. Opened/consumed items cannot be returned.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, contact us within 72 hours so we can lodge a carrier investigation.

Investigations may take 7–10 business days. Outcomes depend on carrier findings. We’ll keep you informed and make it right where carrier liability applies.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

We can modify the shipping address or cancel before dispatch. Once shipped, please follow the RTO/refund process (Section 6).

Pre-orders can be cancelled before the announced dispatch window begins.

11. Packaging & Storage

Bottles ship in protective packaging designed for transit. Store in a cool, dry place. For the best taste, serve chilled. Follow label guidance.
